Try adjusting the shift cable at the motor. You maybe able to get enough adjustment so that the motor is still in neutral when the control is in the postion where the switch works. Are your cables older? They can stretch over time. I don't think there is any adjustment to the location of the switch in the control box though. If I remeber right the switch is held in place by two bolts that don't allow for any adjustment in the switch postion. But it's been a while since I ripped one apart! Beside its much easier to tinker back at the motor then to disassemble the control box. kamikaze
