Regarding the bulkhead, the cabin deck material was plywood on these boats, which can easily rot under sections of the carpet, especially around the edges of the storage wells. I found this on the one I bought, cut the section completely out, and re installed better than new. It's easy. Not sure if he is indicating the cuddy FLOOR is soft, but interested parties can find out easily enough by asking.

Probably not courteous to beat down a sellers posting, especially if you're not a buyer.
