Steering connector (rod, link, bar) depending on manufacturer.
Most boating places carry them, depending on length needed, motor type, etc. Our local hardware store even has them on the shelf. Only thing about swapping sides might be the tilt tube threads being long enough or not. Now would the steering operation be reversed also???
