Livewell/raw water washdown?

anyone know:

How to rig an in deck livewell? If the bottom of the well is below the outside waterline how do you run the water exit line? Do i need two pumps?

Second, how do i rig a livewell pump to share with a raw water pump? I assume with a Y valve of some sort??
