Mike, mine is an 84 and the tank is under the console.
I dont know what kind of project you are looking to get into or where you are located but I know where you can get a cuddy cabin for about $2000 with a 150 hp Johnson fast strike. The transom needs to be replaced. By now he may take even less then $2000. Let me know if you are interested.
