I hear ya. Thats was a couple of years ago and I'm missing it again myself.
This was one of the more interesting recipe's: Cut the halibut into 1" cubes and boil them for a few minutes in lightly sugared water. Dip the cubes in melted butter as you eat em. It was called "Poor Man's Lobster" It tasted absolutely nothing like lobster but still interesting. (Of course I'd say that about nearly anything that gets dipped in butter ;D)
