2007 Newport Jazz Festival
Last weekend me and the wife had our “date night” and we went to the Folk festival in Newport. This weekend was the Jazz Festival, and it went a little different. ;)
Me and worse mate started the day off fluke fishing in search of the elusive 10+lbr that we just couldn’t find.but we did end up finding a bunch of her little sisters.  A few fish for the cooler  Then we head in to pick up the wives and head over to the Jazz Festival for some rest and relaxation. ;D ;)   Ended up running into some pirates we know and tied up for a few beers   THis thing was built in 1937 (I know because he told me about 37 times ;D and has no steering weel, just to rudders, front and back and slow leek (bilge was running the whole time :o The wives sat on the bow,   why we checked out some “transoms”    My wife decided to hyjack a kayak and head into the caos  hey were did she go :D  Allot of styling boats roaming around ;D   this guy has a helicopter :o  Here is my favorite, looks like a V20 on steriods ;D Look at the flair :o ;D   Show ended around 7 and we had to head back out front to get to were the boat is moored, a little bit of a ruff ride but we (me and worse mate) luck out as we ran into a few sunset Blue Fish blitz’s to end the day with a little more fishing   Not a bad way to end the weekend ;D

Newport is sick!!!! Lifestyle's of the rich and richer......those "boats" are crazy! Looks like a great time!

Been twice, and you are right the transoms and talent in general are very fine, nice shots brother ;)
