I had a brother in law step through my port rod box but both are cracked and dont stay on good.. So now I am needing to fix them since one is pretty cracked up now..... Any ideas? was wondering what some of you with rod box problems have done to make them better. Thanks.

If you are talking about the boxes under the gunwales, you should be able to repair them with more glass from behind.

I think i am going to pull them out and put some more fiberglass on them. I was going to pull a mold off them and glass my own, but its summer and i would rather use it than work on it. Thanks for the input guys

bosts.. i just did that last month. i pulled mine out and put two 1 by strips going sown the back side and glassed them in for even more added strength. i tried filling in the cracks but got impatient with them and they didnt turn out as hoped but the sturdiness was impressive and just what i wanted.. i say go for it man.. not much time or money and could make all the difference
