Default The CEO says "Fish Everyday"

So I went out again today, pulled in some nice Fluke.
Made up my special Fluke recipe, had the whole family plus a guest and they were in heaven.
The CEO said you got to get more of these, you should fish everyday. In front of witnesses no less.
Might have to take her up on it

Fluke a la Willy

Crab meat, shrimp some four season bread crumbs, some spices. Lemon pepper sprinkled on fillet then some of the the stuffing, roll it up lay a piece of bacon over it and pin together with a tooth pick, bake for about fifteen at 350, then set on broil for about ten to give a nice browning to the bacon.
Sit down and enjoy

The following applies to all cooking, not only BBQ...although I do take exception to The 1st line of #3...

BBQ RULES

We are about to enter the BBQ season. Therefore it is important to refresh your memory on the etiquette of this sublime outdoor cooking activity. When a man volunteers to do the BBQ the following chain of events are put into motion:
Routine...

(1)
The woman buys the food.
(2)
The woman makes the salad, prepares the vegetablesand makes dessert.
(3)
The woman prepares the meat for cooking, places it on a tray along with the necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it to the man who is lounging beside the grill - drink in hand.
(4)
The woman remains outside the compulsory three meter exclusion zone where the exuberance of testosterone and other manly bonding activities can take place without the interference of the woman.

Here comes the important part: (5) THE MAN PLACES THE MEAT ON THE GRILL.

More routine...
(6)
The woman goes inside to organize the plates and cutlery.
(7)
The woman comes out to tell the man that the meat is looking great. He thanks her and asks if she will bring another drink while he flips the meat.

Important again:
(8)
THE MAN TAKES THE MEAT OFF THE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO THE WOMAN.

More routine...
(9)
The woman prepares the plates, salad, bread, utensils, napkins, sauce and brings them to the table.
(10)
After eating, the woman clears the table and does the dishes.

And most important of all:
(11)
Everyone PRAISES the MAN and THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts.
(12)
The man asks the woman how she enjoyed her 'night off,' and, upon seeing her annoyed reaction, concludes that there's just no pleasing some women.

Oh now this is good!

Mrs. Blue says the same thing during striper winter striper season when we go to Va Beach or Oregon Inlet. Two weeks ago I had the pleasure of fishing with a guy at Badin lake which is local and we caught a couple of freshwater stripers. I need to get her thinking the same about the local stripers.

My wife actually believes that it takes me an hour to light our Weber charcoal grill. Its great I have a full size frig in our detached garage full of beer and a cabnet for of liq. so I don't even have to go back in the house. The key is if I want to have a few drinks I let her think the gas grill is out of gas and the weber is my only choice.
