Default Labor day Shuffel

Whos goin to venture out this weekend and dance with all the googans?????

Switch speeds again and turning focus back on some drag pulling stripers from here until Oct 15, opening day of Balck fishing. (Probably doing a few more sea bass trips mixed in ;))
Going to rake some litle knecks that are all around my boat on Sat. AM (have to be home early so the wife can sleep in ::) :P ;D
Then Going to take advantage of the light NW winds perdicted for Sunday moring and drift eels from 3dark thirty to sun rise, then catch some scup, and head out to some of the deeper, un named (hopefully un crowded) reefs ;D
Then hopefully Monday isn't blowing as bad as excpected (SW 15 to 20) so I can take my Best Mate (my daughter) out Scup fishing
Hope to see some of you out there!!! Whale, Shawsee and MJ PM me if you need a lift ;) ;D or any one for that fact.
Have fun and good luck!! Tight lines ;D (corney saying, but I like it ;D)

Have a fun filled weekend Sean and thanks for the offer. We were planning on another trip but as luck would have it (wife's orders), I have fall chores to do around here. Staining the new porch, stacking cordwood, re-glazing & painting the windows, and then taking the family to the 147th annual Woodstock Fair. ::) The Fair should be a good time though and I am excited to see Quiet Riot play on the main stage ;D
Anyway thanks again for the offer and we do plan on joining you in Oct. for the bucktooth fish ;). I will email you soon for some directions and I also still have your number so I will also be calling you. Have fun buddy and catch a bunch for me!

I went camping this weekend from Thurs-Mon at Rocky Neck State Park in Niantic, CT about 20 minutes south of Mystic. As I sat on the beach looking out over the gorgeous water I couldn't help but wish I was fishing. :'(

Camping was fun but fishing would have been better!

Did you "Feel the Noize" at the fair Shawsee? They had the whole 80's thing going with Quiet Riot and The Bangles at the Woodstock Fair this year.

Kevin, we had a blast at the fair and the bands were rockin. Even our two daughters (17 & 13) were diggin the bands! LOL How I remember the 80's (big hair bands) and some of the times we use to have back then. Even though my era for music was the late 60's and 70's I did enjoy the 80's also. Dang I am getting old :-/
