			Unless you are using a very high pressure hose like a commercial one or very expensive one, I can tell you from experience with a 2300 psi washer you will just make a big mess and remove little foam.  The best tool for me was a long  hand saw right down along the edge of the tank.  You need to break that bond and don't necessarily need to remove all the foam initially.
