|  Steamed Walleye 
			
			On a piece of aluminum foil place several (3) pats of butter Next place two walleye fillets on top of butter On top of fillets place tomato and onion slices salt and pepper to taste, I like to add garlic power or hot sauce fold foil on top and ends Place on bar b que for 10 -15 minutes Then enjoy! *Billy Mac *;D

 Mac that's basically how I did the spanish mackerel fillets cept I didn't add any maters or onions. Question - in order to add the onions do you need to sautee the onions first? Seems like 10 - 15 min on the grill might not cook the onions all the way through? What's your experience there?
