Default 88' Merc 150 pics, for Hammer

Hammer, don't know if these will help, or if they are too late? *But, they are pics none the less and we all know you love yer pics... ;D

First, the starboard side of my motor:

Next, a closeup of the trim / tilt solenoids:

Now, a fuzzy closer-up of the top solenoid.

On this picture, there are two components centered. *The piece on the left is the rectifier / regulator.

It's probably different from your 86' I'm guessing?

Airslot, great pics. and I think they will work. Like I said. I hear a clicking noise coming from the motor and no tilt, so I'm figuring I must replace the soliniod. Seen a used set on E-Bay for 40.00 bucks, but want to find out how much it is to replace with new.
Again thanks. ;)

I belive that Blue Green Red & black are all for the trim. Black is ground so leave it alone, Red is the power. Blue & green is up and down.

In my Yamaha all i had to do was touch lets say green cause I for got. to the red and the motor went up, blue and the motor went down.

That got the motor up for me to work on the tilt motor. I am sure it will work for you also.

[red]BUT WAIT FOR SOMEONE THAT NO"S MERC[/red] cause I no want you blowing anything else up!! :o
