I hope they charge, I like living dangerously ;D
And I don't know if you fellas are aware but if you want some of the finest eating stew with sweet delicious meat those little furry suckers are the best, even better than rabbit.

I have never attended, but there is a guy here at work
that has a squirrel fry every year.
Uses one of those turkey fryers.

My grandpaw used to trap and eat possum. *Said he'd keep em about a month and feed nothing but milk and cornbread to clean there system out. *I don't know how he prepared them.

Then I also had a great *grandma that made possum stew and I have a newspaper article from like the 40's or 50's that mentions how good it (her stew) was!!

Before grandpaw died I asked him if he would eat one today - his reply, "Naw." * I say why? *"Too many other things to eat!", was his reply!

Kinda makes the squirrel look pretty good now huh Charlie? :-/

BTW - I added some good possum recipes to the recipe section - enjoy! ;D
