V 23 ?

recently saw a center 23 console with what appeared to be the same hull as the v 20 (bertram). i believe the boat was an early nineties. was this hull built with a cutty? has anybody ever seen one?
also, the mid eighties v 20 (outboard)... is this a 20 or 25 inch transom?
