Attention NE area V fishermen
We're coming into perhaps the best ocean fishing season, so get out there.
Huge bluefish, seabass, porgies, and real soon......Stripers. Last year, my last trip, spray was freezing and sliding down my V21 windshield as slush, with the same on the gunnels.........I was thinking, no matter, it will " warm up." It finally got above 32 degrees that day. Hope to see guys such as " Step Up" out there soon.

My biggest was 22lbs 11oz. State record for the year 2000 (I think it was).
That said, I haven't caught a single bluefish at all this year. Very strange.

I haven't caught one either.
But sadly, only went out on the boat once this season. Maybe this sunday... rkc

I have not caught one either, but I have only been in salt 2 times and that was so close to shore I could spit and hit land.
