depends on if y'all are twigboy's or cornfed
lol 4 guys should be able to handle it fairly easily.... Consider getting an 8' 4x4 and chaining it to the top of the engine... two guys in front and two in back.... that keeps anyone from ever being under the engine. you COULD also set up a ramp of sorts and slide it out

Cherry picker boom into the van, pick it up, drive the van out from under it, lower it to the ground or onto a dolly. Done.
