Im going on 72 hours.....it will be at least a week before I get power back. I was 1 week without during Isabel, Irene is treating me the same. Living right on the coast has its draw backs. Im living out of my motorhome-- it has everything the house does, AND the generator can power the AC-- home generator cant

the longest we have had to go is 4-5 days. it is amazing how dark it is at night without the ambient light. and i always flip on the light switch when i go in a room, even when i know the power is off.

Glad youre back in bidness MJ.

9 days after Katrina and about 5 after Ivan. Thats the only thing I HATE about a cane coming...no A/C in south alabama in the heat of summer.

I ran a window unit to sleep at night but I was about ready to DIE after Katrina!
