Well, here's what my take is on the "closed in" part. *I think that since the dually has the look of a center console boat, the author decided to make sure we knew it was a side console "closed in steering". *I suppose he means closed in by the gunwhale/side console and windshield. *Or at least thats how I rationalized it in my head! *

And I am probably wrong *:-/

What do you think - is it a dually or what?

I'm not sure if those side windows would work on a dually??? May be a cuddy.
