I tend to like the old MOPARs. Over the years I have had a '68 Dodge Dart GT, and a '66 Charger. I wish I still had them. Now though I like older water cooled VW's, earlt 80's Golf,Jetta. I have an '87 Scirocco 16v. Still gets 30mpg and will spank a lot of new cars out there when the light turns green.

I had a '69 Plymouth Road Runner 440, six pack, with 4 speed Hurst. It was dark green and so were my friends with envy because I had the fastest car in town. My old man hated that car and swore I was going to kill myself with it. He was almost right. I sold it when I went in the Army.
A little while after I got out of military life, I bought a '67 Chevelle SS and totally restored that. It had the original 396 big block with 4 speed. Then family life set it's priorities in and the Chevelle got sold.

thats funny 'cause my Charger was dark green. It also had a 440 but with an auto tranny. I always wanted a muscle car with a manual trans. The closest I can get is my Hemi Ram which has a 6sp tranny.

i recently sold my '72 vega. 10 point cage. wheeltubs. backhalf. 434 small block. powerglide tranny. dana 60 rear with 4:56's. weighed 2,175 with me in it. ran a best time of 9.08 at 160 through mufflers on dot tires.
scarier than sh!t going that fast in a 95 inch wheelbase car.
