Nothing wrong with a head boat. You don't have to load boat, buy gas for boat, buy gas for truck, buy ice, buy bait, drive to ramp, wait in line to put in, park rig, motor out, get stopped by the water cops, try to find the fish, catch a couple, motor in, get stopped by water cops, try to find a place to dock, wait to take boat out, go home, unload boat, wash boat, flush motor, wash fishing rods, fix whatever broke today, clean fish.

Instead you just jump on, relax, catch fish, relax, clean fish, done.

That will be some good eatting there.

A former boss of mine and good friend used to charter fish out of Panama City back in the 60's. He used to tell me stories about turning the gulf red with snapper when you brought them all to the surface. He said they would come in early because you couldn't fit any more in the fish boxes. Times change, that's for sure. Enjoy your supper Kajun! ;D

Good job Kajun. Seems the snapper fishing is rough over that way too, huh? :-/

Lots of shorts last time I went as well. I would be just as happy with a box of beeliners though, they are great tasting. Better than reds IMO. ;)

phat your 2 days too late.. ate it sunday night lol

stink..yea alot of red's were caught not that many made the size limit...i'm not happy with the regs here in florida ..2 snapper and 1 redfish??? its almost not worth spending all the money to go fishin here...good thing most fisherman like to ride in their boats lol

i towed my jon boat back from La...i'm about to start freshwater fishin instead of salt.
