Default A few days off.

Had a few days off this week and did some fishing. Had thoughts of getting in the Atlantic FD fishing tourny. but the kids just wanted to fish without being on a schedule so Sunday we just fished for flounder. *Had a good haul of 10 fish. (all have to be 18.5 inches or better to keep here in Va.) so we threw back more than we kept. * Biggest fish was 7 pounds 8 oz.
Monday I flounder fished with a friend and we had 5 nice flounder and several world class oyster toads. *One of the others (Robin) caught a fish that went 7 pounds even but wouldnt allow her picture to be taken because she's a girl and says she never takes a good picture.

Weds. a group of us ran out in the Ocean with Capt. Reese who took us all for gas money in his 36 ft. Cat. *We worked on the amberjack *until we were tired of catching them (had to be 20 or 25 jacks put in the boat. Then we ran to a nearby wreck and filled a cooler with a few seabass. * Tired and sun burnt! Back to work tommorow *:P

Daughter & some good eats!

Big fish of the day Sunday.

Yeah Lance we generally do catch fish but there are times when no one does. ::) Forgot to mention that we chased huge schools of black drum around the CBBT islands Monday as well but they have been harassed badly by now and are not taking bucktails as easily as a few weeks ago. Man Im tired today!

Nice fish. All I get to do on my days off is housework and house hunting. I'll be glad when that is over with.
