I have been tying my own rigs and snelling hooks for a few years. Recently I started painting and tying my own bucktails.

Thanks, I used Vinyl Jig paint on the ones pictured. I just did a second batch using the powder paint and some Spro style jigheads. The powder paint is the way to go. I heated the jigs at 350 in an old toaster oven that I dedicated to jig baking. I then dipped them in the powder paint and then back in the oven for 15 minutes to bake the finish. The whole powder paint process is pretty simple. This summer I will see which holds up better the powder paint or vinyl.
