my deck has got alot of spider cracks and was thinking if i paint it with a non skid marine paint would that hide/cover them

It will the very very light ones, but will not cover thge others for long!! Been there done that.
What you need to do is use a dermel tool and V out all the cracks and fill, then you can gel coat or paint after. There was someone here years ago that showed there boat all dremeled man what a lot of work!!!!!! My V had a lot of them and I just made belive they weren't there.

I had the deck repaired about 5 years ago,I had a soft spot in the center panel so the guy redid the whole deck but didnt do a good job.Now it looks like the spider cracks a everywhere, there not structual just cosmetic but if i cann paint over it with that durabak paint that would be great, for me to dremal every one and fill it it will take me along time and i dont have the skills to finish it correctly
i was hoping someone used that paint before me and it worked if so let me know thanks

I used that paint and it is great stuff!! But like I said if they are small hair lines they will cover, but if they are any more then hair lines they will come back.

I call those character lines. Can't get them on new boats.
