I have been lurking around this forum for over a year and finally got around to my first post and I must confess, I feel real guilty how I am treating this lady, a '76 V. My boys and I love her but I know I am not doing right by her. She is a real lady and serves us well but needs some extra attention to go to the big dance.
Some details: 1976 V bought in 1994 2000 Johnson 150 1996 Cox Magic Trail As you can see the panels on both sides need a "little" work. Any suggestions on how to proceed? How about checking the overall condition of the boat. For example, there is a soft spot in the floor just behind the cuddy in the bottom of the well. If the stringers are damaged, how do I check? As you can see, I have not even taken her out this spring. If I do not show her some attention, she will get real hard to get along with. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
