badge wearing thugs! at some point we are gonna have to pay the coppers better. and require at least a bachelors degree to apply. more incentive to be a cop other than the power trip would go a long ways to getting rid of these punks that make up too large of a number of our law enforcement today.
sad part, this is not the first time for teal. he is well known and if it werent on video he would be 'glovin up' right now.
no wonder kids today dont respect the law.

Wow, that really blows me away, never mind that they are "civil servants", but the fact that any one can basicly torcher someone to death is beyond me.
Not that it really matters, but what was he in for in the 1st place? Hurting a child in anyway, could spark that in a parent, but besides that, i don't know :-/

he was arrested for public drunk. officer teal's father is a judge that is currently up on charges for selling verdicts. i was arrested once for a ticket that i had paid and had the reciept in my wallet... anyway, when put into the room where you change into ur jumpsuite teal rushed in and with the help of to others drug me down the hall and threw me in the holding tank naked. when he was a guard at the juvenile center he wass accused of several beatings and 3 murders that were ruled suicides.these (several years ago) made national headlines and were featured on 60 minutes. these kids apparently beat the crap outta themselves befor hanging thereselves. the fact that he killed this guy with a kid who was visiting the jail for a school project watching shows that he hadno fear of any consequences. and suggest to me that this was regular behavior for him.

WOW, throw him in the slammer and spread the word with the inmates, he will finaly know what it is like to be on the other side of a beating
