Default Admins how about a new section--FAQ--

I like this site and everyone seems to be pretty nice.

But I hate to ask question that I know others have already asked and I know people get tried of answer the same questions

I think you guys should start a FAQ sections.
I am a memeber of a lot of different model specfic sites that have a FAQ section so that newbies don't waste aalot of time a bandwidth. I have done searches for the info I want but can't find all of it.

Topics of interest
years the V20 was made
basic info on each model made and what years the models were made
when they got the larger fuel tanks
years that features got added and upgrades
areas of concrean before the big purchase
motors offered if possible though I believe tons were offered
trim tabs
etc, etc, etc

I saw a picture of the almost prefert boat is was a V20 had a console no cuddy and a area up front to fish.

Did they make a walk around cuddy V20?

thanks

To answer your last question, Wellcraft didn't market the V20 in a walkaround design, but Chris Craft did under both the Scorpion and Seahawk models. Here are a few examples.

MJ, who would ever think of you as that? He does have a good idea though. Maybe not a forum topic but a written article with all of the important points dates etc. about the V20. Then post this in the History section. BS, what to you think? Bill Mc ;D

macojoe
I don't think that you are a assh*le or anything but I don't think you understood what I meant when I asked the question.

I really think that it should be a FAQ section not a history section.....if you want to be techinal the whole site could be a history section since the boats aren't made anymore.

I just believe that detailed information is very important, because when a person says late 70s early 80's that means nothing at all to me but if some said the 60 gallon tanks were factory from 1982 through 1996 then that would help me greatly.

I think you guys that have been around these boats for longer know what I mean.

Last but not least it will make people like MacoJoe more useful since people would only be asking questions that were not so basic.

thanks

Well it just makes sense to me to have a section like deshet's talkin' about: newbies can study it and everybody who already knows it can ignore it...it would save a LOT of guestions...

I'll be glad to help anyway I can...

Bigshrimpin'...whaddaya think?...
