controls and wire harness will be some wheree around $300 to $500

That 4 stroke is listed on their website (marineconcepts.com) with their boats for 10,900. edsmarinesuperstore.com is selling same motor for 10,999. So, you may save 1099 bucks if no one bids on it. I had to look since it's in my area. Too bad I'm no where near ready for a motor yet :'(.....
