Default Anyone have any Spare Teak?

I just redid all of my teak on my 79 V and have one missing, and 2 broken pieces. Wondering if anyone who has removed/replaced teak might have some they would like to pass on? I'll send pix asap, but what I'm looking for is:

1) The small piece that acts as a handle on the inner hatch cover to pull it back into closed position. About 1/2x1/2 by 16 inches or so, rounded at top.

2) Rod box framing that goes on front top to bottom on starboard side. These have a bevel to them on back to lay flat over the rod box edge. About 18" long with angled cuts to fit the older 'parallelogram' shaped boxes

3) Same side rod box, lower teak runs length of the box. I have about 3/4 lenght with front part having broken off at some point in the past.

Very willing (expecting) to pay for these. Anyone out there that can help me out?

I'm getting ready to part out another V, I'll get what teak I can off of it. I shoudl be getting a good hatch and stainless bow rail if anyone is interested. I'll have some pics in a couple of days. Worse comes to worse, you can use epe' decking boards instead of teak.

Definately let me know. My parents are in Charleston area (Hollywood) as well, and I'll see them this summer, so could quickly take teak, and maybe other parts off your hands and have my dad pick them up.

Yea. I need the port side rod box, and starbord side Teak. I bet my dad could come up with some good packaging to get that up to me in RI. If the rod box is solid, I'd definately consider shipping it.

Hey Spare. Were you able to turn up rod boxes or teak? I think I'm more inclined to do the teak only, as shipping probably will be a problem.

One other item I'm looking for is the console from a 79 (or so?). Mine is pretty shot with a lot of holes in it now from past owners, but don't want to have the boat out of commission to fill/fix it, so looking for a second to work on on the side.

Hi Spareparts, yes I can use the bow rail, and any other good metal parts that you have. I just purchased an '84 V20, and a lot of the brightwork is badly pitted from salt spray.

Please PM me with a list and pics if available.

Thanks!

I haven't had a chance to break it down, I've been real busy, so the parts are still there, just haven't had a chance
