Default New 55 Gallon Tank

So I received my tank yesterday, very well made. I happy with it
Epoxy coated

aluminum ring for sending unit

Old one is 43 Gallons

5200 composite banister cut to size to distribute the fuel weight, and to keep tank off floor allowing air and water to pass.

Screwed with SS 3" and 5200 Composite decking material to help support tank and to keep it from moving around, not using foam at all.

composite decking banister, works perfect and feels solid like it's part of the boat.

dry fit plan on also installing composite decking banister in front of the tank and also in the middle to keep it down and secured.

Nice fit Velez...I like the composite corners and no foam...are you keeping wide tape or something over holes til ready to install hoses etc?...might keep crap out...

And you'll never regret the extra fuel capacity!!...

BTW...I put the link to Speedy Tanks in the "Link Section" for future reference...

Thanks reelapeelin, yes wide tape on it now, not sure why the tank was so much smaller than the others and all that wasted spaced just filled with foam.

Wellcraft had 2-20 gal saddle-tanks under the gunwales prior to going to in-floor tanks, so they thought 40 gals were all that was needed on your model...it wasn't long before they realized larger tanks were needed and went to 60 gals...
