New 55 Gallon Tank
http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492778
So I received my tank yesterday, very well made. I happy with it Epoxy coated http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492778 aluminum ring for sending unit http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492154 http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492153 Old one is 43 Gallons http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492153 5200 composite banister cut to size to distribute the fuel weight, and to keep tank off floor allowing air and water to pass. http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492153 Screwed with SS 3" and 5200 Composite decking material to help support tank and to keep it from moving around, not using foam at all. http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492153 composite decking banister, works perfect and feels solid like it's part of the boat. http://i1141.photobucket.com/albums/...g?t=1303492154 dry fit plan on also installing composite decking banister in front of the tank and also in the middle to keep it down and secured. |
Looks good. Who did you get the tank from?

Nice fit Velez...I like the composite corners and no foam...are you keeping wide tape or something over holes til ready to install hoses etc?...might keep crap out...
And you'll never regret the extra fuel capacity!!... BTW...I put the link to Speedy Tanks in the "Link Section" for future reference... |
