well yesterday i finally got her in the water. the weight in the back is no issue at all. she handled very well and i was impressed with the ride of the boat. i had a 19" solas prop on her and turning up about 5200 i saw 48 on the gps. the engine needs to go up though you can tell shes dagging low. but here are some pics.

What FICHT did you end up hanging back there? Looks like a 175 to me, sure wish I could find one of them in decent shape for cheap. I keep hearing people say they can't give a FICHT away, yet all of them for sale are going for decent money.

yeah people who try to sell them ask top dollar when theres no way anyone would give them anymore than the lower units value. its a 2000 200HP 3.0 litre but i have the 99 225 cover on it right now i need to put the 200 cover back on its in better shape.
