Default Tidewater area, virginia fishing

a good friend of mine and myself are going out to the chesapeake bay bridge tunnel tomorrow in his 28' albemarle express for stripers and wanted to know if anybody would like to join us. we are still learning to fish for stripers, so someone with experience would be awesome. let me know if anybody is interested and i'll call you. thanks

Good luck with your trip!

I'd go but I don't know stripers, I don't live there, and I have to work........other than that, I'd be on that offer like a fat kid on a cupcake.

Good Luck! I was out at the CBBT about 3 weeks ago and it was slow but I have heard it has picked up a lot lately. Make sure you catch a nice current in there and you will grab some nice stripers and bluefish (I know nobody eats bluefish but me, but that **** is good). If you like seabass you can drop some squid to the bottom and grab some good size bass too. Catch 'em up!

I just saw your thread. I live in the area and we went Sunday 11/2 and had our limit in a couple of hours. Nothing very big but with the temps droping they should show up in a couple of weeks. How did you guys do?
