Default Cuddy drain hole ?

I got a question i'm sure someone has worked on.
In the cuddy of my 79 I/O v-20 there are 2 lower compartments. The foward compartment has a drain tube that drains toward the rear and drains nicely, however the other compartment (just behind the bi-fold doors) the drain HOLE does not drain. I'm wondering if this hole is plugged with debris or something.... or if it is plugged with foam from the gas tank and was never meant to drain.

Thank you in advance for any feedback.

I have enjoyed reading the posts on this web site and I have gain lots of info and thank you all for that.

It has to be pluged!! Should drain right to the rear like the rest.

MJ is right!! When I tore all the foam and tank out of mine i found out how poorly the factory drainage was and it was acumulating in the foam around the tank.

Plug it like prisoner would!!! ;D

Reaming complete.
I'm amazed that Wellcraft mfg's would clog that passage way underneath the gas tank with foam.
