Fuel mileage

Been doing a little research about my new boat concerning fuel usage.
2005 McKee Craft 196 Marathon 150 yamaha 4 stroke

3100 rpm = 30mph @ 5 gallons per hour
5500 rpm = 51 mph @ 15 gallons per hour
