Dang, 28' is pretty cold....but I feel your pain, its damn near freezing here. A bone-chilling 66 degrees ;D Must suck to have her there and not be able to do anything, I can sympathize....mine sits in the yard feeling like no one loves her since I am renovating house and the only way I could get permission to buy her was agree that nothing gets done on the boat until the house is done...or at least some of it is done...LOL. SO I lay in bad at night and make plans and wait for some time to spare |

doug, it was like a dream... not a hitch... a bit of a snag with the dip in my driveway but we got that done in short order. i want to thank you again for everything you did for me... she is in fantastic condition for a twenty year old. if anything, better than you let on. if you happen to find yourself around my way at some point, i hope you will let a yankee show his appreciation. regards, marc 8) |

FM, another proud v-20 owner, congradulations. We share the similar pain,as you bring home your new toy, I was winterizing mine. I thought I would stick it out another couple of weeks, but the fishing around here [for me] is over. Did'nt want to do the full winterization w/ snow on the ground. You 're going to have a few anxious months ahead of you. Take her out,you 've got the top and enclosure...it's a great hull

Marc: I was trying to be very reserved when I typed up the e-mail after taking a looking at it for you. But to tell you the truth you don't know who close you came to got getting! If I had my check book, I might not have been able to resist. It is a nice boat that's been well taken care of, plus there's no way you can't beat the price you got it for! Put up the curtains and go fishing, 28 degrees is half as cold in a full enclosure as it is in a CC! Kamikaze
