I beleive the same way as any good quality enclosure. Clean the "glass" with a good quality cleaner from your local boat people. There are brands made especially for the plastics. Store them flat with as few folds as you can, place a layer of soft material, cotton etc. between windows as they should not be rubbing themselves or against anything else really. If your sizes permit you can place the soft layer between pieces and roll them up on each other and store them like that.

In the past, I always rolled mine up around a length of 4" PVC pipe. That prevented any folds in the springtime. And, as stated, a good cleaning before storing.

No first hand expierence, but I know people are using Pledge on it. See this thread:

I know people like to store it between their mattress and boxspring (flat)

I very highly reccomend a product called Plexus and when you roll the materiel up, never fold it, the folds will be there forever......make sure you roll a towel up in every roll to prevent microscopic scatches....no big deal at first but they add up and that is what ruins enclosures

Never heard about using Pledge. I think based on everything I've read about it so far I'd be a little scared it might cause the glass to yellow. Right now, I'm just using dish detergent and water witha soft cloth. Seems to take care of it.

About storage, if you can hang the windows somewhere that's a good option. I wouldn't put em b/t the mattress and box spring, b/c I wouldn't want them to be glass to be pressed together. THat stuff likes to stick to itself and I think pulling it apart makes scratches too. Find somewhere not too hot, not too cold, not too moist, and not too dry.

When the time comes, I'll probably just cut the windows out and have new glass sewn in. Either that or have all new made using the old as a pattern.

Here's one thread on using Pledge, I've read more too. Scroll down to the guy that's been using Pledge for 10 years.

Some say NOT to use Lemon Pledge.

Here's some products for cleaning/preserving eisenglass. I've used other products from Caswell for my car, good stuff.
