Default Sea star hydronic steering torque questionn

I am replacing the seal on a sea star hydrolic system, the spanner nut says it should be torqued to 60 foot pounds, that seems like it is very high since the torqu on my prop is 55 foot pounds. Did anyone ever replace a seal on a sea star system and is that correct 60 foot pounds. Thanks for any replys
