Judging by the classifieds, I get the impression that the entire state of Florida owns a V20...

Hey Cape, I used a boat moving company to move mine from Virginia to Florida. If you want I can find the number. Let me know if you want more info.

Franco,

Sure, get me that info. I'm going to call on this boat tomorrow. I like my I/O, but I'm truly an outboard kind of guy...On the North side of Cape Cod, there's 9ft. of tide.

Thanks!

Hey Cape, here is my old post:

949 Wellcraft V-20 Forum / For Sale or Wanted / Re: 1983 V20 FOR SALE Feb 13th, 2005, 8:01pm
thanks bob,
My V20 got here in great shape. Used a company called LTM Boattransport. Lance is the owner. They picked it up wed nite at 7:00 pm and delivered it at 5:30 pm thursday. Milton, the transporter driver had it unloaded when I got there. They have a very cool rig. It's a trailer with a winch and a trolley with an attached trailer ball. He backs the rig up to the boat, drops the hitch on the ball and winches it all the way up. No marina fees for loading and unloading. All he needs is a parking lot to load and unload. By the way, I may have already said, but my brother was plant manager at wellcraft when my boat was built. Now he is a bigshot at Pursuit Boats. He is interested in helping me restore my boat back to original, with a few upgrades. Gonna add outriggers, paint the deck and some more modernizing. This area of florida has a lot of marine surplus stores. Gonna change the old wooden hatch doors with new style plastic. All the mechanical is pretty good. I am looking for the big rubber bumper that stops the outdrive when it goes all the way up. Have a good day. Will start adding some pics soon. Franco

Some things have changed for me, I've sold the V20 and bay boat that handles skinny water better than the V20, but I gave up ability to get in rougher, deeper water. Check LTM on the web.

And I'll be in Daytona the 18th & 19th. For the
Daytona 500, the great american race!!

That looks like a good one. Check the motor and for soft spots.

Boat and trailer look like they are in great shape.
