Default Liam's 73 V20

I picked this 73 cuddy up a couple of weeks ago,it has the original inline 6 motor, lots of new parts though, new heat exchanger, new head and rebore a couple of years ago, newish manifold and riser,(got a spare with the purchase). New lower unit.
The boat was up and running when I bought it,i have since cut out most of the wiring, cut out the dash and removed the steering.
The wiring was showing its age,way too many poor splices, the steering cables felt good but the helm was loose and few of the gauges worked, they where also mounted in what appeared to be a piece of cutting board, lol.
I plan to rewire ,glass in a new dash and new gauges, new steering and then run it for the summer. In the fall it will need a new deck and stringers.
I hope to pick away at it over the next couple of years and get it ship shape once again.
thanks for all the great info on this site,Liam.

yes the lower exchanger hose( visible in 2nd pic) runs under the engine and up the other side to the water pump. The smaller hose seen on the right of the exchanger is the raw water feed.
Sterndrives are new to me, I have only ever had outboards in the past.
