Default Update + need some help

Hey guys, well im off to a slow start. Im doing the things i can with the few tools i have around the house. Im almost done with all the teek. then im moving on to the rub rails. Theres a nasty seal job on them that i have to scrape off. My question is the Fiberglass liner that goes under my seat. What do you think would be the best way to buy or make a new one? I have a friend thats pretty handy with fiberglass.
again thank you to all who convinced me to keep my V

Looks like that rube rail has been put to use a few times.

Good decision keeping her. I like the lines on those older center consoles. You'd have to spend anywhere from 25-45 grand or more for a new boat with similar capabilities. Treat her nicely and she'll take care of you. The fish don't care about a busted rubrail.
