Default Still Love the Site

I have been absentee but I wanted to drop a line that I still LOVE my V-20 and this site. I no longer work in my solo office on the Saugatuck River in CT less than 4 miles from my boat. I'm commuting into NYC again now >:(. Big brother is watching my internet activity. Oh well, you can adapt to anything when you have no choice.

I put a good amount of $$$ into some electrical work on Quahog that needed doing and I wasn't going to get around to given my new commute. I put a four speaker JBL stereo in for cruising/rafting up with friends and had pretty much the entire boat rewired. It feels weird to see all the gauges working and not to have to worry about the running lights working before going out early in the morning - I'm used to looking for waves to hit so the lights come back on.

This has been a big summer for Quahog: new motor, new bracket, new raw water washdown, new wiring, stereo, telescoping ladder, new name. Still a bunch of good weekends left I hope. She's staying in our fleet at least until the warranty runs out on the Johnson in 2007!

Haul out is 10/28-29 :'(. Even if I don't post as much, I'm still here with you all.

The great news is Quahog has gotten A LOT of use this year, every weekend that we're here. It's caught more fish than ever and sank more beers/juice boxes than ever. That's what it's all about. Plus, we're just getting into the meat of the striper season here :D.

Hey MJ and Franco how about turning the Norton Snagger Fishin' Team into like a club with club house's. Like the Shriners and Old Car Club Chapters do and have them all over in areas. have the S. Fla N.S.F.T. , NC N.S.F.T. , NY N.S.F.T. *Man think of all the members you could have have Norton teams in all the states and members only could go in the club house in any state and have a campground or hotel near by for member discounts lol. What ya think. BR and I could start the NC N.S.F.T. Chapter lol.

got to add this thought in stead of the save a kid or something like that we could have.

"Save a V20" Club moto

LOL

hum sounds good but whats the stickers going to say
How about several to be sold,
"My Nortons Property of N.S.F.T."
or
"Capt. Snaggers Property"
lol
maybe
"I Hang my Nortons at N.S.F.T."
or
"Snagger Master"

along bottom of stick always add
"Norton Snagger Fishin' Team"
