Default Gas cap

I lost my gas cap. I have tried all the 1 1/2 perko caps that west marine has and none will fit. it is the ome that came with the boat. I found a plastic on that goes on but its not going to last very long. I have thought about just replacing the whole thing but it would cost more then just the cap. Does anyone have an extra one or know of a place that has some.

RWilson2526, I took a look at the one from link. where do you hook up your ground? did the holes line up with the holes from old gas fill?

I believe there is a grounding screw/lug on the other side. I remember hooking up the wire so there must have been something but I cant recall. I can take a look tonight and let you know for sure.

I also believe if I recall that 2 of three holes lined up and I had to drill a new hole for the third screw. or maybe I just used one hole and drilled 2 new ones. I do remember that the flange just barely covered the old holes but it did.

I had to replace the whole thing as well...don't know where Wellcraft came up with the original ones, must have been a special run.
