One of the casualties of my transom mod was the the VIN that Wellcraft put on the transom. Well, it's nice to have friends that have access to CNC milling machines ;). What do ya think.

Looks Great!!
But they are supose to be perment attached!! Thats why they ground them in the glass. Should have use rivets so they need a drill to get them out. But for my money, thats good enough!

Most of it is still there but you can hardly see it. I am not going to try to re engrave it. Like you you said, it's good enough for me and 5200 is almost as good as permanant ;D.

Hell I just went through 3 months of trying to get one of them on a boat I've owned for 3 years and all the DNR did was slap a decal where the HID # was to be.

Does anybody know if the HIN is located anywhere else besides the transom??
