Ethan is a good friend of my old boss Jim Foster. He's got some amazing pics of stripers. Most of the Bass Pics are from the North Shore (MA). In many of the dive spots they'll hand feed the Big Bass . . . little lobsters.

Here's another

Caught recently off of NC by a boat out of VA. Would be a VA state record, but the angler happens to have a commercial hook and line license, which is against the rules. Catch disqualified, but is being appealed. Story is that he was an angler on a regular charter for hire, not on a commercial trip.

Nice pics. One of Ethan Gordan's pics was the cover shot of my latest issue of On The Water magazine.

Nice pic's!!!!!!!!!!

Well if he don't want to get smelly he should have not held it on his shirt!!

I were a glove all summer!! To keep my hands from getting scraped up from scales and the mouth.

They used this photo from the same photographer for the April '05 issue of Saltwater Sportsman magazine that also just arrived in the mail today.

btw; for those of you that don't get Saltwater Sportsman mag and are into Striper fishing, this looks like it's a really good issue. It just arrived late this afternoon, so I haven't read it through, but at a quick glance, there's a lot of coverage about Striper fishing including spots, Lures and Baits, and record breaking predictions. So, if you don't get the mag, you might want to look for it in the news stand. Looks like one of the better issues than what they've offered in a while. ;)

Not to risk copyright infringement or anything, but could somebody hit me with the "best" lures and bait?
