Speckled trout from Friday.....

I promise I havent forgoten you guys...been real busy getting my boats ready lately. I went with a buddy last Friday for a few speckled trout though. His screename is "Chert" from our fishing club. He is a really good buddy of mine and a fantastic trout fisherman. Here are a few pics:

25 speckled ones (13 Stinky, 12 Chert, thats right folks 13 STINKY!! *8)
too many-croakers * ;D
1-8 inch flounda
1-papa bear pinfish *:o

Oh and YES boys those are shorts Im wearin. Dont hate the player, hate the game. ;D

Nice trout! 10" pinfish are a dime a dozen down here...

I heard from a reliable source that Stinky dropped a water proof TV of the boat and played on of his videos and the fish jumped into the boat!

nice catches stinky!....nice boat too ;D ....how far do you go out int he gulf with that force?

Depends...if its calm...no more than 20miles. I have been out 25 in it. As a rule, 10-15 regularly. I trust that motor with my life!! Its so solid...no matter what MJ says! ;D

I know 20-25 sounds far for an 18, but I only do it because of two things:

1) I have Sea Tow and know the local Sea Tow captain well.

2) since I am in a local fishing club....any given day I am out there I know a minimum of 25 (usually more like 50) boats within a few minutes of me. 8)

We all look out for each other...its like a big family. ;)
