New Rod and Reel
About two weeks ago I bought a new Penn Power Stick from a local shop called Peace Token. All rods and reels were half price, so I picked up a Penn Power Stick *PC 6711 med light 7', and a Shimano TR1000 Charter Special lever drag. :D :D
Put the reel on the rod and went to set the drag. In the process the rod snapped about four eyes back form the tip. :-[ Called Penn with my complaint and they said to cut out the section with the model number and sent it back. Today I received my new rod which cost me 37 cents to mail the small section back. Mounted the new reel again and set the drag. Love the lever drag, never had one before, and looking forward to useing it soon. My thanks go out to Penn for standing behind there products. Thanks Penn
