Last week we had one lose power in the river (Korean, I think) and run aground, the brilliant crew then dropped anchor to prevent further drifting. It took less than an hour to correct the vessel with tugs but the survey as to the anchor that had to be cut loose took about 8hrs. People at the ports and incomming vessels were screaming all day cause the entire river was closed till it was determined no navigational hazard.
