Portsmouth Island, NC
Went to Portsmouth Island, NC last week with 5 guys from church. The weather was perfect and the fish were biting.
 We caught Red Drum, Flounder, Blues, Trout, Whiting, Spots, Pompano, and plenty of skates (&^$#%$@). We ate fish for dinner each night and brought home plenty, was a great trip. A few pics: View from the front porch of our cabin.  Fishin.  One of two keeper Red Drum caught.  We probably caught 40 Flounder...only 6 keepers, this one was 18 inches.  Short but fun.  Sunrise from the back porch of the cabin.  Sunset from the fish cleaning table.  Traveling the road behind the dunes around the beach areas closed to vehicles because of sea turtle nests.
