Default Re: Sea Sickness

Frayed, on my last trip to Alaska we fished for halibut on a charter out of Homer for 4 days straight. Kachemak bay was REALLY rough the last day. My friends were in the cabin with the heater on and sliding glass doors closed. It was too hot for me in there so I sat outside on a deck chair. It was rough enough during the 2 hour ride to the halibut grounds that I was catching spray from over the fly bridge that kept moistening the pages of the book in my hands. I was reading "The Perfect Storm". It was a VERY cool experience. I finally decided to put the book down and went up top to help the skipper look for deadheads.
